Hi
I can only access the internet on my windows 7 computer by using a proxy/ ***. Its not ,my connection as I have moved apartment and all other devices,i pad, notebook etc work ok. |

| ,I have recently had a problem with my iPhone 4 as the shutter on my camera is frozen closed. I brought it to the Apple store here in Shanghai and they said it was in fact a hardware problem with my camera and that it could only be fixed in America as that was where the phone was purchased. I was wondering is there any way you could help me with this problem and are you able to install a new camera on an iPhone4?Any information you could give me on this problem would be helpful.Thank you in advance,Alice Malone |

HTC Desire X is dead. 6 months old bought in Malaysia when I was working there. It was OK yesterday morning. Put in pocket to come to work in Pudong. Pulled out of pocket a couple of hours later. Totally dead. Tried charging it changed battery etc. Still dead. Could you have a look please? I work in Pudong.

Dear Sunny,
our printer HP 5180 photo smart (3 function copy, printer scanner) doesn't more print because it does not more recognize the inkjet.
We bought the original inkjet HP.
It is able to scanner.
My husband read that is a problem about the using a Mac e windows different laptop with.
Can you help us?
